As a Women World Leader, maintaining a consistent prayer life is very important. It adds communion with our Lord, a relationship as well. Faithfulness to keep a consistent bond time with God is vital. Be counted among the faithful in your prayer life.
Please take the time, maintain focus and commit to not allowing too much time in between your prayers. (Even if they seem to go unanswered.)
God doesn’t require eloquence when we speak to Him or praying for a certain length of time.
No.
He doesn’t require we pray so many times in a day either. He just asks us to be “faithful in prayer”, maybe this is a good moment to pause and ask yourself, ” how often do I pray to the Lord?”
Faithfulness in prayer means making it an ongoing, consistent part of our everyday lives. Do you do this? Could you honestly say you talk to your Savior each day? Daily is important. How can we have a relationship with someone we don’t talk to?
Developing an “awe of God” in the stillness and quiet times should become normal…
Praying for someone when we promised we would should be without question- spoken and done!
Asking God for direction rather than rushing through a decision should be on our prayer hearts consistently. Seeking out God’s PURPOSE in our lives by asking Him to guide us and not just reacting to our circumstances to bring about a cause, should be on our tongues.
When we are faithful to talk to our heavenly Father daily- we establish an intimacy with Him. There is no better place to be than close to the One who loves you most!
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer” (Roman’s 12:12)
