Harboring anger, resentment, or other negative emotions can be harmful and damaging to our well-being. By us giving these emotions to God, it is a way to release them and avoid allowing them to consume you.
I pray for you right now that God can provide healing from emotional wounds that harbor deep and help you to overcome negative feelings affecting your day-to-day activity. Turning to God with these feelings can be a step towards healing and restoration. And by giving your burdens to God, you can seek peace and strength in difficult situations.
