VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY

Hurling Stones at the Enemy

Every believer faces battles.
Some are visible. Others are fought quietly within our hearts and minds. But we do not fight alone. God has equipped us with everything we need.

Like David gathering stones before facing Goliath, we carry powerful weapons into every battle—not physical stones, but praise, prayer, and proclamation.
These are the weapons that silence the enemy’s lies.

There are days when we weep, grieve, or grow weary. Those moments are real, and God welcomes our tears. Yet He never intends for us to remain there.
He lovingly gathers us close, restores our strength, and prepares us once again for battle.
Ephesians 6 reminds us to put on the full armor of God. His armor never wears out. His sword never loses its edge. His strength never fails.
As daughters of the King, we are called to stand firm against the enemy’s schemes while resting securely beneath our Father’s wings.

Praise Him. Pray without ceasing. Proclaim His goodness. These simple acts become powerful declarations of faith.
Yes, battles will come. But so will God’s presence.

And one day, every earthly battle will end as we stand before Him clothed in glory.

Until then, we keep walking. We keep trusting. We keep resting in Him between the battles.
For our Father equips every one of His daughters to overcome through His power, His love, and His unfailing faithfulness.
