EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:

“I will give them an undivided heart and put a new Spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh” (Ezekial 11:19)

This verse has meaning to me personally because it gives hope. I pray in specifics for some who I  desperately love, asking God to remove their hearts of stone replacing them with a heart of flesh.

For those who hurt from someone that  once was so very close but now lives world’s apart from your heart, there is hope. Your hope is through Jesus and His Word.

“The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9)

Often others do not realize the pain they inflict on someone  that loves them because of their hurtful intentional or unintentional  behaviors of selfishness, even control issues or lack of… it’s out right disobedience to God.

There is One who can understand all of it. He knows how emotionally fragmented  hearts can become from the pain that is inflicted upon you. God promises when hearts are relinquished to Him, He transforms them from the inside out.

Let this be our constant prayer for any person who has distanced themselves from God, from you or from others who love them.  There is hope. There is ALWAYS hope when God is involved.

It is my hearts prayer for those I love and for those of you who may hurt from anothers hurtful behavior. I ask God to give these loved ones-hearts of flesh. When you or I can’t understand the cold and distant ways of those we love, may we  stop, pause and daily pray scriptures of healing over their hearts.

I feel emboldened verbalizing this need for others and ask you for prayer for those who are affected. Yes, I’m humbled to ask. It’s reality and truth and I trust you’ll pray with me and others who hurt deeply.  May we all pray for  loved ones and hearts of stone to be removed and replaced with hearts of flesh in the journey of life.

I’m praying for a miracle. Its been years upon years but I TRUST God! I ask God for the promise.  I can relate to many of you who deal with family hurts like I do.  These times produce loneliness, heartache and depression in years of living without a love you once embraced.  That time is gone, never to be retrieved.  But God brings beauty from ashes and restores what the enemy steels from us!

No doubt about it, it’s difficult being absent in the lives of any of those whom you love so desperately, but with God, we have hope.

The good news, the GREAT news, the news we all long to hear is that one day is “it” will happen, in Jesus’ Name.  God specializes in “spiritual surgery.” I believe it will happen, do you? I TRUST God “it” will happen.

May we all leave  the care and control of whatever our situation is, in God’s hands. Cry out for His help through prayer and whenever your heart  hurts. Watch what He is doing right now because He IS working, but it’s in HIS TIME!

One more thought,  is your experience with your loved one full of pain and trauma? Maybe it’s you that is  saying you will never allow yourself to be hurt again by someone.  Possibly you have developed the heart of stone yourself?

Maybe it is your heart that has become cold and distant because of building the stone wall to hurt? Please tear down the wall and ask God to soften your heart once again.

Please allow God to warm your heart with His love and understand the need for prayer in your difficult situation. Go to God with it moment by moment.

God can and will light a fire in the hearth of your loved ones heart, but it won’t come without your fervent prayers to do so!  God desires to hear from you. Speak it to Him and ask Him to help. Ask God to ignite fire in the heart of your “loved one” and BURN AWAY all hardness from the memory and yours. I do this almost every day as I pray for them.  Ask God to give them and you a new heart, filled with love.

I will continue this prayer and pray this verse faithfully until restoration becomes the victory. (Ezekiel 11:19) Trust God. It’s interesting God brought a title for this years book we begin in April and releasr at the end of the year titled,  RESTORATION. God Brings Beauty From Ashes. He most certainly does.

We may not like the way things are right now but by fully trusting God and His timing, it brings peace in the waiting. His time is always the BEST time and may His will be done.

Please continue praying over your loved one or those who are separated from you. This verse is a great promise.
