EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:

So He said to me, this is the Word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord Almighty.” (Zachariah 4:6)

There have been many times in this ministry I have been afraid that I’d be unable to do what God has called me to do. There have been fantastic wide mountains to move-and rough seas to cross. I’ve often felt like I didn’t have what it takes to leap into the life that God had prepared for me. I knew He was propelling me forward but I just didn’t think I could do it.

Can you relate in any way? Have you felt this way in life or when facing a situation? Maybe you can relate in accomplishing a task in which you know you were meant to do, but not feeling qualified to do it so you freeze in place and don’t do anything?

If you answer yes-be grateful that you feel humble enough to admit it and you know you are not alone. Being stifled because of fear or lack of confidence just means we need to depend on God. It’s as easy as that.

Rejoice if you feel inadequate to the task, because you have to depend on God to do whatever it is that’s in front of you. Your situation is different than mine. Yours may be getting through a health crisis or a broken relationship or helping another through their hurts or starting a family or beginning a business or a new ministry. There could be so many “somethings” we feel unqualified to deal with. Whatever yours may be, God is present to help.

“The One who calls you is faithful and He will do it.” (1 Thessalonians 5:24)

We don’t have to make our life happen, we don’t have to strive to figure out our purpose. God knows our purpose. God will guide us and illuminate our path as we look to Him in worship and praise.

Not by might or power, but by His Spirit! Read the opening verse again. Zachariah 4:6.

Someone needs this word today❤!

You won’t accomplish it-HE WILL.

I can praise God for Jesus and for this ministry which ALL belongs to Him. He is the only One who could take this ministry from one person to over 6,000. He used many willing vessels to do so. If I chose to do any of this ministry by walking alone-without Christ in each step and without sisters of faith beside me, I’d still be back in the dirt, grounded in fear and doubt.

Rise up, TRUST God in whatever He is calling you to! You can do anything with Him!
