Ladies, it’s important to be yoked with women who walk closely with God. It’s discussed in Women World Leaders often because of the significance and biblical truth it brings.
Our relationships with women of God will help contribute to our success and significance in who we are in Christ. Accountability results from having close relationships with strong believers who are themselves accountable to other strong believers. This biblical way of growing truly works.
We are all capable of being deceived. We all have blind spots. We need others who will help us see the truth about us and our lives and watch our back. It’s important. We need others to speak the truth when we may wander wayward. I love my accountability partners, they keep me in check, and they love me with God’s love!
The enemy wants to keep you away from your spiritual family in Christ because he knows you won’t succeed when left alone and when temptations get to you. The devil plans it and schemes it that way.
God created you to be connected with those who could love you, guide you, and direct you in His name. Please find them and gravitate to them “personally,” and watch your life mature in Christ.
2 Corinthians 6:14, where Paul states, “Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.” He followed this imperative with a series of five questions used to draw a contrast, saying,
“For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness?
Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
What accord has Christ with Belial?
Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever?
What agreement has the temple of God with idols?”
These are many questions to ponder.
Ladies, please ask God to protect you and guard your life and align it with seasoned women who will help you grow and mature in Jesus!
