Be Different
Following Jesus will always require us to stand apart.
Not in pride—but in transformation.
The world has a way of shaping how we think, what we value, and how we live. But God calls us into something different—a renewed mind, a transformed heart.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” (Romans 12:2 NIV)
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process. Sometimes uncomfortable. Sometimes stretching. But always purposeful.
Like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, the process requires surrender. Waiting. Trusting. Allowing God to do the work from the inside out.
And in that process, He is shaping something beautiful.
He’s not looking for perfection—He’s looking for a willing heart. One that is faithful, available, and teachable.
So keep going. Even when it’s hard. Even when it feels slow.
Because on the other side of obedience… is transformation.
And that’s what being different is all about.
