The Nativity in a New Light
The story of Mary and Joseph is often seen through a lens of beauty and wonder. But beneath that familiar image was a reality filled with uncertainty, disruption, and challenge.
Their lives didn’t unfold the way they expected. Plans changed. Comfort disappeared. The future became unclear.
And yet—they kept moving forward.
They held onto what God had spoken over them. They remembered who they were and the calling placed on their lives. Even in the unknown, they trusted the One who did know.
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works…” (Ephesians 2:10 NKJV)
Their journey reminds us that faith isn’t found in perfect conditions—it’s forged in uncertain ones.
When life takes an unexpected turn, we are invited to do the same: remember God’s faithfulness, hold onto His promises, and keep our eyes on the eternal purpose beyond what we can see.
Because even in the chaos… God is present.
And even in the unknown… He is leading us forward.
