VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY
Wellness, Portrayed by the Proverbs 31 Woman

The Proverbs 31 woman has long been seen as a picture of strength, dignity, and grace. But beyond the surface, there is something deeper we can learn from her life—something that speaks to our own well-being.
She wasn’t just productive—she was intentional.

In a world that often pushes us toward burnout, her life reflects balance. She nourished her body, cared for her responsibilities, and prioritized what mattered most. She understood that true strength doesn’t come from doing everything—it comes from aligning with God’s design.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come” (Proverbs 31:25 NIV).

That kind of strength is cultivated. It grows through rest, wise choices, and time spent with the Lord.
Wellness isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual, emotional, and mental. It’s found in stillness, in surrender, in trusting God with both our time and our energy.

“Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10 NIV).

When we follow His rhythms instead of the world’s demands, we begin to live with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.
And from that place—we don’t just survive.
We flourish.
