VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY
Dear Woman of God
“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
As summer approaches and the sunlight stretches longer across the sky, I am reminded of how God’s warmth can fill our souls regardless of the season of life we are walking through.
When the Son of God shines within us, our hearts experience a kind of spiritual summer—one filled with peace, joy, and the assurance that God is near.
My prayer for you this season is that you will draw closer to Him than ever before. As you travel, rest, or simply enjoy the beauty of creation, may you become more aware of God’s presence surrounding you.
Perhaps you will notice the delicate pattern of a butterfly’s wings, the grandeur of a mountain range, or the quiet hum of a bird soaring overhead. Creation has a beautiful way of reminding us of the Creator.
In those peaceful moments, Scripture gently invites us to pause:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10 NIV)
Stillness is a rare treasure in our busy world, yet it is often in the quiet that we feel God’s presence most clearly.
No matter where you go or what you are doing, keep your focus on Him. When our hearts remain fixed on God, His peace follows us everywhere we go.
Isaiah reminds us of this promise:
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you.” (Isaiah 26:3 NLT)
May this season be filled with gratitude, reflection, and moments that draw you deeper into God’s love.
And wherever your journey takes you, may the light of His presence guide your path.
