SPIRIT-EYES
Our spiritual eyes toward God refer to the ability to perceive spiritual realities and truths from Him, which often in a way goes beyond what is seen with our physical eyes.
Jesus, having spiritual eyes, is able to recognize and understand divine presence and teachings and see the world and oneself through God’s perspective.
Spiritual eyes enable us to perceive spiritual truths and realities that are not immediately apparent to our physical senses.
Having spiritual eyes allows for a deeper understanding of God’s presence in our lives and the world.
We also see Jesus through the Spirit and recognize and understand Jesus as the Messiah, the Son of God, and the Savior of the world. He is not just a historical figure like we hear some people say.
Develop your spiritual eyes, cultivating a sensitivity to God’s presence and activity in your present life and the world around you.
See others as God sees them, with compassion, understanding, and a desire to help them. Have ears that hear, allowing you the perception of God’s guidance and direction.
