As Christ followers, we win whether we live or die! This world is not our home, but we are given life, breath and love while we are here from our Lord! Jesus and heaven await us for all of eternity! You are here right now on earth to glorify God in the highest.
Some of us may mourn relatives passing from this world and miss their presence greatly, but we can rejoice as believers and trust that Jesus Christ is Lord and our Savior. He provides eternal life forever in heaven when we have accepted Him as our Lord and Savior. Our assurance comes from God’s word.
“In the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time.” ( Titus 1:2 NIV)
“Now Faith is confidence in what we hope for in assurance about what we do not see.” ( Hebrews 11:1 NIV)
We can know together what the enemy means for evil, which God uses for the good of those who love Him. (Genesis 50:20)
Immerse yourself in your Bible and study it, and know that God is preparing you through both life-and-death experiences for something big, according to His purpose. You are an instrument of God’s beauty and grace, and He will use you with tremendous power as you walk in obedience to your calling. Don’t get stuck in the here and now, look to God’s abundance in your purpose.
