EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
We are kingdom workers, spiritual women of God, and we co-labor in Jesus together for a purpose. Is it always easy? Not always. Does it feel great when we reap blessings of what God can do through teamwork? Yes, always!
We cannot comprehend the Kingdom power we activate when we pray for our co-laborers in Christ. Sometimes we wiggle away from the uncomfortable people because they are so good at what they do- but we need to press through personalities or those who don’t jive with us. But we just pray.
After I’ve interceded for my sister in prayer, my fellow servant in Christ I admire, I then ask God; “Can you please show me where there might be something you’ve given her that You may also want to impart to me?”… then I listen for a while, for God to answer. He moves. God always shows things to me that I can’t figure out. He’s awesome that way in how He teaches me through what I see or gifts He delivers if I am ready.
You can’t imagine the kind of hope and faith it inspires within when you pray for a sister that has awesome gifts beyond belief! I can think of one woman I regularly pray for because she possesses something that makes me stand up and pay attention. She is an incredible prayer warrior. The love of God and the power of the gospel pour out when she prays and I love that about her. The Kingdom of God advances daily because of her, there is no doubt in my mind.
Nothing in me is jealous of her at all, but do you think I want what she has? You bet I do!
She is my co-laborer in Christ and I pray for her. I celebrate her in my prayers and I’m happy for her. Do you think He’d have any less for you or me? I do not believe so. Pray over gifts others possess. Our God is a God of limitless supply and He is able!
