EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
New Things
God is a God of new things. We need not worry or stress that any trials or tragedies of life will paralyze us. Look to the wisdom from God’s Word poured out for you.
“For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.” (Isaiah 43:19 NLT)
Our sword, God’s Word, is clear about giving us a message for today and overcoming any storm that may whip up.
“Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious victory over everything!” (Romans 8:37 TPT emphasis added)
Storms will come in, storms will pass, and the Bible says each day has enough trouble of its own.
God’s word tells us in Matthew 6:34 not to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow will worry about itself. We need to focus on now and what God wants us to see through the day that is upon us.
Through today, God will allow you to be reminded of who He is and what He promises to you so that you can rest in assurance that He is in control of your circumstances.
Pray and tell God how you feel and acknowledge that His character is good and trustworthy. May your life be filled with purpose and provision as you allow God to take you to peaceful and tranquil waters.
“If you can?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.” (Mark 9:23 NIV)
