We all want to know we are protected. As a child of God, we are able to live in God’s protection.
God’s hand is upon us, and the beauty is that we find our refuge under His wings.
It’s incredible how much danger we all face daily as we step outside our doors. How do we send our kids to a decent school, ourselves to a job, and have our extracurricular activities continue to be enjoyed with freedom? It’s no longer easy; if you’d ask any one of us, we’d pretty much agree dangers lurk everywhere.
God is our shield! He is our strong tower. When battles come at us ladies, we don’t need to be afraid. We are warriors. We give our battles to God and fight. The spirit of the Lord raises us up and puts the enemy to flight. We must hold strong to this promise.
“Because of my integrity, you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.” (Psalm 41:12)
Lean in and lean on God. Ask Him daily for the strength to face the fights you deal with each day and the foes that come at you. He knows they are there. He is your refuge and fortress, everyone!
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)
Trust Him, trust Him, trust Him!
