God hears all your cries and delivers you out of your troubles; you can count on Him! He is your helper in times of need.
When our hearts ache, we should cry out to God. When my heart aches, I cry out to God.

It never ceases to amaze me how He sends comfort exactly when I need Him. He knows the secrets of my heart, and He knows yours too, all of them.
God is full of love, compassion, empathy, sympathy, and everlasting hope. Everything we need. He promises to grant us peace at all times and in every way. He is God, and He is there for you, for all of us. Cry to Him; He hears you.
God’s Word promises He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust this about God. He can be trusted.
Nothing can separate Him from His love for you!
Romans 8:31-39
Nothing Can Separate Us from God’s Love
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.
“Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loves us.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8: 35-39)
When difficulties come at me, I can remember the God of the galaxies has crushed Satan under my feet! Yes! He does not allow my anxious mind to stay troubled.
Ask God to search your heart and know your thoughts. He hears that prayer to Him and that you “want” Him to know everything about you. He will give you victory when you trust Him to pull you through whatever it is.
Go to God’s Word. Be controlled by the Holy Spirit and receive His life and peace and speak the Word of God over your life.
I often listen to the healing scriptures when I wrestle with my emotions over hurts. I bring my thoughts captive with these scriptures, and all my needs go before God, and He resolves them every single time!
God will not leave you in your woes. He is a very present help in times of trouble.
“The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.
The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:17-18)
