Lisa Hathaway is a lover of Jesus that has a passion for the least of these. Her heartbeat is to see those who need a second chance to experience the tangible love of Jesus. She has learned to worship through suffering as a special needs mom, recent breast cancer survivor, and survivor of a tragic car accident within a two-year time span. Suffering has been intertwined in her story, and she wants others to experience the sweetness of God through some of the most difficult things in life, coming alive when others experience the redemptive love of Jesus.
Lisa resides in Lexington, North Carolina, with her amazing husband of 21 years, Everett, and her precious children, Savannah, Andrew, and Luke. She is a bonus mom to Jacob and has a beautiful daughter-in-love, Jessica. Additionally, she is a GiGi to Hunter and Shephard. She loves family and pouring love into others.
Lisa has an MBA and, through the adversities in life, has stepped into God’s calling on her life, currently attending Liberty University to pursue her degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. She currently works at The Oaks Therapeutic Community, a Christ-centered counseling and wellness consulting community dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward worth and wellness while finding the value God gives each person.
