Hello! And welcome to the Women World Leaders’ website! Since you have opened my profile, I will share with you that there are NO accidents in the Kingdom of God – and that He is calling YOU to something extraordinary!
My name is Julie Jenkins, and I am honored to be a teaching leader for Women World Leaders. I was first introduced to this ministry in the summer of 2019 – right after I finished my Masters of Biblical Exposition. Like I said, there are no accidents with God!
I am a wife of 24 years and a mom of three amazing kids. I began my life out of college working in the television industry. I had such a great time traveling the world and being “important.” But after just a few years, God called me out of that arena to be a stay at home mom. While I knew that it was God’s calling on my life and I loved my family dearly, there were days that were difficult – days when I wasn’t sure who I was. It was then that I drew strength from the scripture “Even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others.” (Mark 10:35)
Throughout my time as a mom, I have learned my value – my “importance” – as a child of God! I have had the privilege of studying the Word of God deeply, and the honor of teaching classes in my own church, as a guest speaker in various other churches, and as a substitute teaching leader with Bible Study Fellowship. I have worked on a church staff and on a ministry staff, as well as holding a variety of volunteer positions. One thing that I will never stop doing is learning – because God has SO MUCH to teach us!
